That's a geat time for the G. Mid 14s are more typical. The G35 is around a second slower in the 1/4 than an E46 M3.

I thought mid 14's were typical of the automatic and low 14's were typical of the 6MT.

Last I heard a 05 stock G ran a 13.9 in the 1/4. I had a 1997 maxima that ran 14.4 and the G is quite a bit quicker. The G is not a mid 14 sec car.

I would love to see some of your slips, I'm not saying your full of it (well..) but there is a large G/Z seen here in DC and I have NEVER ever ever ever seen a N/A G break 13s and the pro charged ones are 13.,65,7,8. and I take my car to the track about once a month and go a few more time just to watch and I never got more then 14.3 in my 04 6mt with nismo flywheel, high flow cats, and z tube+ KN and I'm not that bad of a driver. And to get that 14.3 there was a bunch of 14.,5,4,6 up to 15.3,4,5 if I got a bad launch. Mid 14sec car is what the G is stock no matter how you cut it. Maybe your track is down hill. People, low 14's is not slow. is there a bunch of cars that are faster out there?. yes But the G's numbers were super car numbers not too long ago. And I want to see that 1997- 14.4 maxima somebody said they had. You can not claim track times clocked by your buddy in you parents cul-de-sac

There are so many variables, but the best I got in my 100% stock '05 G was 14.4 at 101 MPH. In my '02 M3, my best time was 13.09 in 100% stock condition. Some claim upper 12s in the M, but despite countless attempts, I could never get there.

1st time at the track with the G, 300 miles on the odometer. Stock everything picked up 2 days ago. consistent 14.0-14.1's all night long. New England Dragway.

But I've been running cars down the strip since I was 16, I'm 21 now.
