Hi guys .. I need some help .. i am goin to take my car to the dealer for the 7500 service next monday and also to fix the rattle (window, mirror , shift area (AT) and center console) well alota [censored] problem from my G..
anyway .. how much is the service cost? .. and will they charge me for fixing the rattle .. ? and when i bought my car .. there was a little bit scratche on the hoop..and they helped me to fix it . and now .. the area they print is not shine now ..should i ask them to repraint again ?

all TSB's (rattles, dealer faults, etc..) are covered by Infiniti under warranty so you WILL NOT be charged. However, do prepare to shell out some $ for the service =)

I just went to the dealer today as well. Turns out the back brakes squeal a lot when I'm going in reverse. Really annoying that I had to take it in. I have only 5400k miles on my G and the sunroof, and side panels are "creaking". (think about walking on a wooden floor....) whenever I drive up a driveway or driving onto the street. They said it would take a whole day to find out the problem and fix it. Also they said that the brakes were too soft. They scheduled a loaner car for next Wednesday. Do they charge $$$ for that? ( I mean't for the servicing to see the problem....not for the loaner ).

 

I just got a couple things fixed (a rattle and another minor thing). The dealer charged me $5 for the loaner and that's all.

 

Well .. All the dealers I went to sed loaner is given any time you service.. Charge regardless is stupid.
