2004 vs. 2003 G35 coupe 6mt differences?

Was is it just minor cosmetics?

As best as I can remember, yes. They changed the available blue color i believe as well.

mechanically, nothing was changed. I do believe the interior center console changed and they added twilight blue as an exterior option in 04.
