Removed front plate, where do i get the square plastic piece?
Hello! I removed my front plate, and there is a square about 3inch x 2inch hole. I believe I remember seeing that there is a plastic square piece that fits in there. Any idea where I could get one? im swinging by the dealer tommorow so maybe they will have one extra :0)
You should be able to get one from dealer... I think it's called front tow-hook cover. Mine came with the car in the trunk when I bought the car and I didn't know what the hell it was for a while since I had front plates on.
That's what that was? Mine had an arrow sticking off of the end, and the salesman had no idea what it was.

it cost $15 at the dealership in Tacoma, WA but if you'r G came with a bracket for a plate that mounts into the tow hoock hole then i think you could get you'r dealer to give you one coz they take them out of the cars that they get anyway (i was not able to do it the bastard just wold not let me have one)
but if you get it and actually pay $15 for it then you got to paint it coz it comes unpainted (do not try tuch up kit, it is two cote and you'll never get it right unless you take it to the shop)
So the best thing is to steal one from the dealer when they are not watching
