If you only knew what you are talking about! The test drivers at the big 3 (C&D, R&T, MT) probably have more 0-60 and 1/4 mile runs (along with all the other performance testing) than you could ever imagine. One of them has over 6000 1/4 mile runs in a 10 yr span.


One of the "Big 3" 99 Pontiac GTP 15.3@?mph. My wife driving(first time racing) 14.8@93MPH not once but twice. About 70 degrees,45k on car(including stock RSA's). Hot engine, full tank of fuel, Crap in trunk,a/c on, traction on. And I don't think our car is a ringer it is a four door and over(I think) 3,500lbs.
I don't put everything into magazine times, I just use it as a vague reference.
