Damn thats crazeee!! A task force developed JUST for import cars. Thats deep. I couldnt imagine one of the NYPD pullin' me ova, ask me to pop tha hood, and actually knowin' what tha fvck they were lookin' at. There are a cool few who may know, but a whole task force? And I when I was out in Cali, I thought it was real fly....

 

cop don't give a ***, if they "think" it's loud, u gonna get pulled over. hell, i got pulled over twice with my stock exhaust before. "fix it ticket" is not cool at all, especially if u get multiple items.

 

It would be a shame to see you sell your car after all the time and effort you put into it. Unless your looking for something else to build up again, I would say make it legal, or as close to legal as you can....so it doesn't get taken away from ya..........GL

I feel your pain Steve, I have that dilemma also but not to the extent you have up there. That is one reason why I am selling my other car due to the excessive mods I have.

Thanks guys. I really dont want to sell it. Im not really sure what Im going to do as of yet. I just know its a waste to let it sit and sit and sit. I built the car to be a sweet everyday driver. Back when I started I wasnt worried about this stuff cause it wasnt a big deal then. I had no intrest in shows because Ive been down that road with other cars,trucks,bikes. So if Im not going to do shows or drive it I have no need for it. Now that we own a 350z I get my VQ thrill with that car. Im guessing Ill have a answer very soon. I still have to talk it over with the wife. Thats not going to go over well,lol. She loves the G and the work Ive put into it. Heres a few pics of the car for those of you that wanted to see it.

just de-flash it a lil bit... like paint it black... knowing you... you can whip up some crazy black paint job... get a mellow exhaust and lil doo dads here and there to make it less of a monster
