TO WAIT or NOT TO WAIT..?
Hey all....I am considering buying a coupe for my wife, but was wondering if I should wait til 2005. It seems like 2005 is the year that some sweet cars will be coming out. Anyone have any clue of what could pop out of Infiniti for the coupe?

Just a note I read in the latest R&T. Infiniti is adding an AWD option to the SEDAN!!!!! WTF happened to the Coupe? This brings me to thinking that not only will the Skyline be coming here but an AWD package for the Coupe if not. So waiting might be a good idea. For me personally I really want the new Lotus Elise coming out. But I think I'm actually going to wait past the first year on this one. I seem to always get first year production models and get burned someway or another.

so say the coupe will have awd, some say not. if you look at bmw, they have 4 types. coupe, convert, sedan and wagon.
the four options are RWD or AWD and 2.5 liter eng vs 3.0.
convertable and coupe have both engines but only RWD. wagon offers RWD and AWD but not 3.0 engine. sedan has all four.

The G35 Sedan with AWD is already out and available for purchase. I believe it's called the G35x. As for the Coupe, I truly believe that it will stay RWD for its entire time of existence...there is just no point to make a luxury/sport Coupe AWD. I mean, yeah it would be really convenient for the winter, but Coupes really aren't about practicality.
