You know you own a G35 coupe when.
When you buy 103 octane gas AND add octane booster just to make that puppy growl!
Then you go as far as you can to the gas station so you can listen to that growl.
You'll spend 2 hours going to get gas, 15 minutes to the station and 1:45 minutes just riding around.
You don't care how bad the mileage is because it's not your "work car" anyhow.

Done it all, 87, 89, 93, 103 (we're lucky to have a Sunoco nearby) and believe me, there is a difference in 100+ octane and 87. Now there may not be anything in octane boosters and 100+ fuel, but the key is keeping it at 100or better. Not to mention it burns cleaner, doesn't detonate at low RPM's in higher gears, (ie pulls better from grunt territory).
Hey, may just be me, and nothing is happening. But then again so may the Stillen CAI just be a bit louder on the intake end and not actually providing any performance increase. Same thing for little stuff like synthetic oils. Some say nothing happens, others will jump up and down claiming not only better wear, but true-to-life horsepower increases. Who knows... it's fun anyhow!
1.)When you take someone for a ride, and before they get out of the car you have to explain the proper way to exit the car without having them kick the inside panel or speaker.
2.) Justifying to your girlfriend that by placing your hand on the side seal, and lifting your butt of the driver seat without squishing the leather will keep the leather from creasing.
got to love the small things..
