When people tell you they wish their cars had such amazing stock wheels...

- when people see the island in the backseat and are confused as to why it's there
- when you drive 0.1mph over a speedbump that seems bigger than normal

 

see:
-other G coupes on the road and remind you how good your car looks.
-the stock 6 spoke wheels on another coupe and think it's an automatic.
-other G coupes on the road and wonder if they're on this site.

-keep wondering if the center cup holder is/isn't a good design.
-wonder if that door ding or scratch is visible to other drivers.

 

....have a maxi pad in your first aid kit.

 

When you go to the drive inn instead of a regular theater so you can get more seat time in your "G".

 

You look at the car right after you park it then you look at it again when you lock it with the key fob then you turn around at least one more time when walking away from it. =)

You pre-determine any damage that might happen by parking it at a certain place in a certain way.

You set G35driver.com as your home page instead of a search engine.

You treat the G35 like it's an exotic. hahaha.

When you look forward to giving your credit card number to one of our vendor sites...

 

I try to minimize the # of times i look at my G when i parked. I try my best not to look back after I parked since people (esp. the Wife) think I'm to obsess.

- when your car look like a sports car but turn like a truck and feel like it weight a Ton.

when you're in a crowded parking lot walking to your car and everyone is staring at it, and you make the windows roll down...everyone turns and and tries to see if there's someone in there but there isn't and you walk up and get it.....oh the look on their faces

 

When you look over to the car next to you at a stoplight and they are starring at your brakes and wheels the whole time you are at the light.

When you are scared to go through the smallest puddles because your CAI is so close to the ground.

When you constantly find yourself looking at your G's reflection in store windows while driving by.

When your friends are always asking to drive it "down the street".

When you pay $200 to join a club so you can talk about your G.

 

...when you check weather.com the day before to check the weather (f&%^ you Cali folks & the sunny weather... I'm from there originally) and see if it's ok to drive the G or the beater cause you don't want your G dirty...

...when the sunglass hold has been empty for the past 3 years cause it won't fit my glasses!!

 

-when you get tired of reading threads "Plenum vs. Spacer" or "Which FI is best"

-when you post pictures of your car when you first get it....and every other thread that contains pictures.

-when you spend over $10k in aftermarket parts to make your car look different and gain 10whp.

-when your gf says "you head is getting to big" when you catch other people checking out your car.

-when you get mad because your friends turn up the volume of the radio, but you are trying to hear the ehaust.

-when you drive almost 700 miles for an event called ZDayz to drive through the mountains.

-when your 14-years OLDER brother is jealous of your coupe because he has a sedan...so he goes out and buys a newer coupe than yours.

-when your dad is jealous because he thought his Crossfire was so cool...until he tryed racing you (and looking at his resale, HA.)
