Buying a coupe out of state

I'm in Minnesota and it seems the selection of G35 coupes are limited (only 2 dealers in 150 mile radius). So I've begun searching out of state to see if I can find something before ordering one. I've never bought a car out of state. Is there anything different that I need to be aware of? Would it be a pain in the butt to get service on the car?
Any information would be greatly apprieciated.
Thanks!

Service should not be a problem. If they throw in free oil changes and/or maintenance, you will have to go back there.

bought mine 600 miles away because they had one is stock with the exact specs I wanted. The only thing you have to do is go to your DMV in your state to pay the tax/title/license. It is not a big deal, and it is worth it to be driving your G without waiting 3 months. And just for your information, leveraging dealers against each other on the phone is very easy and saved me $1000 off sticker price. Anotherwords use the infiniti website, find dealers with the one that you want in stock. Then start calling them and telling them that the other guy is willing to discount it $X, but you will buy from him if he will discount it $Y. If you play it right you will get a heafty discount.

Good luck

You can also do the service at any dealer. I live in South NJ , but got my car in PA and yeah I would like to think I got a good deal playing dealers against each other. Got the Red G35C 6MT with Aero, Premium under MSRP, very discounted 100,000 mile warranty and tire and rim protection.
The best thing is that I did not have to wait 3 months, I got it in a few days.

Thanks for the information so far.
I've gotten contacted by 2 out of town dealers so far and one quoted me MSRP. I will call the other one to see what they have to offer. Is $1000 off MSRP the best I can possibly expect? Is $500 off MSRP a reasonable deal for this car?

I doubt anyone will go less than $1000, be happy with $500.
