Is this the same LA? When I go 80 I usually pass everybody (405 or 101). I think people need to drive faster or move right.

After being stopped 2 or 3 times I would just leave the sucker on. Basing this on having at least 2 cars in the past with no front flat plates and never got stopped after driving around at least 3 or 4 years in each of them.

Now with my 3rd one, the '04 G35. I just bought it recently from a private party who has been running it around since Oct 03 with no front plates and has not been stopped. Let the mission continue!
