I've had my G35c 6mt for 2 weeks now. I read forums for the Z and G for an entire year, while I saved up money for a down, prior to buying it.

I simply cannot fathom how a person could buy a car like the G35, and not be an active member of a net forum. I've learned so much over the last year. This car is not a Ford Focus for pete's sake..

lol half the fun is searching... I must spend most of my time on these forums when i'm supposed to do work... just browsing looking for useful info... just by browsing I get about 80% of my questions answered...

Well, I bought mine the day after I saw it and drove it at the dealer. I fell in love right there and then. Only about a month later I have found this great place. But yea for most of us that dont make 40 grand impulse buys it makes sense to ask as many questions as possible.

Haha thats what I did. I just dropped by the dealer and asked for a test drive. I thought they would say no since I was driving on a ticket, but the salesman was ok with it. I knew I would like it before even test driving it and then a little over a week later, it was mine. I tried finding fan clubs, but I couldn't until like a month later I think. Now I feel at home.

Mine was an impulse buy too. I was actually not even looking to buy, but just test drive a few different cars. But, what can I say? I had to have it after I drove it. I threw down my $2,000 down and had called someone to pick up my truck because I was driving a new G home. That is the main reason I ended up with an auto than manual. It was all they had for sale and I couldn't wait a couple months to order one and get it. I had to have it then.
