Tint Job Question

I just got my car tinted at this place which I think is pretty reputable. However, when I picked up the car I noticed a number of small bubbles around the window. It has been really hot around hear, like 100 degrees, and I was wondering if that caused the problem. More importantly, I was wondering if the bubbles go away. The shop had professional installers come in to do it, and they said that they would call them back if the bubbles didn't go away.

However, they did say that the bubbles were normal in the begining(first few days). Is this true, and do the bubbles tend to go away?

yes, it is normal & it will take a few days for it to clear up. Just keep it parked in the sun.

are you referring to the ceramic dot matrix that goes around the edge of the window? if so, that usually doesn't completely go away since those dots are raised. a shop may be able to get it pretty good, but you'll always see that border around the edge. otherwise, any scattered dots here and there should go away in a day or so.

As others have said the bubbles will go away. I had literally hundreds of them initially which all disappeared over three days. I found parking in the sun seemed to speed the process.
