Do you have a boost controller and/ or using race gas? I think almost 10psi is kind of pushing it on stock internals that turbo is huge. Good luck and have fun with it I plan on having some fun when I get my car back.

I beleive a C6 vette is the stock vette not the Z06 everyone know a Z06 is 500 hps, I beat the regular old and new vette... Thanks for the comment Archangel...Dsskyline turbo looks great... and yea Goran is pushing about 550-600 that with forged rods and pistons he's still working on getting faster, which the car in my opioion is really fast, sick car, I love it... The only mods I have on my car is the Turbo and ACT clutch and Zetronix gauge no turbo boost contorler yet, and I'm just running on 93 octane more to come soon still very picky on what wheels to put I want the Davins but in the East Cost having expensive rims makes no sense they will get damaged by the roads here...

No, but it can pass smog because it is using a hi flow cat. The only thing you have to worry about is the visual which you can pay someone to look the other way.

You are the reason I got mine I just wanted something different plus it's made just for our cars. I should have my car back in the next few weeks with a built motor. The design has changed a little from yours, but it makes the same power.
