What's up!! I should have the car back in 2 wks so I will have results posted in 3wks if there are no problems. The install should have no problems this time with VRT doing it. I'll post the results in a separate thread when I dyno the car and with finished pictures.

VRT didn't blow my engine a different shop installed my turbo. I just picked the wrong shop to do my install and tune. I'm confident VRT will make my car run the way it is supposed to with the kit that is why they have my car now. Yes, it did cost a pretty penny, but you got to pay to play especially if something goes wrong when you go FI. I should have results soon.

with all the monsters vrt has created, and backed up at the track, there's no reason your ride should come out any different......the key word is proper install and proper tune.......post numbers when you can...

They are going to use the Split Second box since that is what they use for the VRT cars with the JWT kit including their 700+hp G35. I guess if it can handle that much power with no problems it can definately handle what I will make when it's done.

I have a AVC-R EBC to control boost I will post pics when it is done in a seperate thread. I should have it back next friday hopefully with no problems which I don't expect. I just have to break it in (baby it) for 500 miles before I get it tuned because of the built motor. Well at least I will have my car back. Hey Sash sorry to hijack your thread. Any new kills or WTF looks from other people after killing them?

question how can you outrun a vette or gto with 405 hp with your 375 and the vette is lighter and naturly aspirated . i dont think you will kill a vette . maybe a mustang or m3 .

The numbers magazines post is crank hp not wheel hp. If he has 375hp to the wheels he is over 405 crank hp which is more than a stock vette or GTO. A stock 06 6mt does not put 298hp to the ground due to drivetrain losses. I know my 04 coupe rated at 280hp only put down 225-230hp to the wheels stock.

yeah.. from the numbers you see posted in magazine.. its bhp... when you calculate whp its usualy 25-35 percent less than the bhp so a vette with 400bhp is going to be closer to 300whp
