Hi All - newbie here. GREAT forum, I have been reading for months....My question...
Does anyone have photos of tinted windows on a DP Coupe? I am probably putting deposit on one tonight (6MT Coupe, DP/willow int., prem. pkg., aero, splash) and am starting to think of mods already. Not my 1st color choice but I really don't want to order & wait. Thanks!

I have not tinted mine yet but I will tell you this.....you will not regret the Desert Platinum for the color. That is what I have and I love it. Before the purchase, I did not like the color at all based on the swatches in the catalog but in person it is beautiful. But then again, I think the G looks great in all the colors.

No, No, No, don't get the Desert platinum, I want Infiniti to discontinued the color because it is just too amazing that's why I have it. It looks like monochrome, aluminum body. There is depth with this color. It is really hard to express my feeling about this color, it is one cool color. He, he, he, you can't go wrong with this awesome color.

 

Yes I have DP and I have to say I really enjoy it.
It seems like it changes colors depending on the weather.
My tint is 30% and it looks amazing, go for it.

 

Thanks all! I have seen it at dawn, mid-day, and at night - each time it looks different. The color is really growing on me. Sooooo...I bought it last night & pick it up next week. Thanks again for your input. Keep up the great posts!

Color is the best. I had a deposit on a Diamond Graphite, and when I saw the DP next to the DG on the lot, I changed my mind. I want to get tinted too, but don't know if I want to take the risk of them messing something up. I have to lay on my back with the back seat folded down to clean the rear window. Other cars I had tinted got soap stains all over the interior I had to clean. Good luck- you won't be sorry!
