Got an '05 yesterday, little things need fixing

I just got an '05 lease and it has a silly community college parking sticker placed ON the tint? Any ideas how I can get this off, or should I just have the back window retinted? If I get it retinted, how much will it cost, and should I do it at the dealership?

Oh, and my Track Button (on the radio) sticks a bit in the upward direction, any ideas on how I can fix that too?

Also, I know the infiniti has a 36,000 mile warranty on the brakes, where they will service them free of charge (so says the dealership). I hear a high pitch when I brake, but to be honest on all my cars I have heard that. Even right after I got my brake jobs. Any other ideas where the high pitch could be coming from?

For the sticker, just peel it off. I'm assuming it's on the tint and not in-between the glass and tint. The 36K warranty on brakes were for '03-'04. '05's have redesigned brakes and fall under normal wear and tear.

Yeah, it's on the tint, not between the tint and glass. I was just worried that pulling it off would rip off the tint with it. Hopefully I can pull it off, sometimes these stickers are so sticky you can't do that.

The sticking track button is a common problem...there's even a TSB for it...just take it to the dealership and they'll fix it. Make sure however that they do the TSB fixture, because the first time I took it in to get it fixed, they basically just greased up the button, and over time, it started sticking again. Hope this helps.

Sorry for my stupidity, but what is a TSB? Are you basically telling me that this is covered under warranty and I don't have to pay for it? I hope so!

sometimes the stickers are stuck on by static only, meaning, there is no adhesive...becareful using the razor blade, because if you angle it wrong, you can cut into the tint. seems like it'd be hard to use that on the back since the g35 rear window is kinda curved...i'd suggest using the good ol fingernail first and go from there.

A TSB is a Technical Service Bulletin...yes this should be covered under warranty.

I dug a bit and got the thing off. It was one of those times where once you get a lip of the sticker off, you can easily peel the whole thing off. I was just worried the tint would come with it, but that did not happen.

Thanks for the info about that TSB, I'll call the dealership and see if they want to take care of that
