I pay $5.43CDN per gallon here in eastern Canada. Mind you our Imperial gallon is a little bigger than a US gallon, but it is still pretty damn expensive.
Pwhittaker, even though you pay $5.29 a gallon, how much gas do you think you would burn in the run of a week? I have been to the Caymans as well and it is a fairly small island. I wouldn't imagine that you would put alot of mileage on in the run of a week driving in the Caymans. If you can like the G and can afford it, go for it.

well i am in the process of getting rid of my 03 tahoe z71 and it used to cost me $93 a WEEK to fill it up! 
my brother has a dodge ram hemi and he told me it cost him around $125 a WEEK to fill his up! he had to park it and drive his wife's benz .

thats true, but if I if did get a G I wouldn't be able to get it under warranty. There aren't any Infiniti dealerships on the island. And what I have been reading on the forum, the G has alot of little problem that are easily fixed under warranty. so all thoses little fixups would be coming out of my pocket. That could get expensive . At least if i do get the SI I can get it under warranty and I have to worry about any of that.

nothing wrong with the si try to get the 4 door one i had a civic and i jdm it out but soald it last week and got my 04 g35 6spd and love it but were you live just get a a civic or even a hot bike would be nice there to
