How did you make the clearance strips blue, Someone told me all you need is a blue 194 bulb and he also put a blue rubber thing on the bulb so the color wont' fade into green after a while, is that all you need? I bought a blue 194 bulb and i tested it out by putting it on my licence plate and the bulbs told look so powerful to lit the clearance strips. - Daniel
