Im with Trueplay! IP. I have OB and a full detail only last 1-2 days before you have a nice visible layer of dust all over the car. Even though OB looks the best IMO when clean, It rarely lives those days even though I wash it every week!

J/K....Mine is DG and I only have to clean it once a week and it looks clean....Now if you go black or red then you probly wash it every 2-3 days so is it worth it for a rental?

 

I have a OP, but if I wasn't bothered by cops/insurance, I would definitely go for the Laser Red.

A) not many people have it (OP is very common; IP's not so much); I've seen many more Carribean Blue's on the street than Laser Reds (and i don't see many Carribean Blues to begin with..)
B) it turns heads (if you're into that)
C) it's just an *exciting* color; when you I think traditional sports car, the first color that comes to mind is definitely red. Black and White are more conservative and arguably fit more juvenile tastes.

 

LR can look good if you choose the right thing.
(yet i havent seen people with ugly mods on LR )
