Angry Parking lot mishap

Discovered this the other night... Happened in the span of 30 mins at my apt. Someone had to slam the hell out of their door into it. Fortunately, it was just the door handle. Headed to the stealership tomorrow to see what a painted handle costs so i can replace it :/ Gotta get a garage...

Ouch... that sucks! But thank god it was just your handle! Imagine if it was a big, deap, nasty door ding in the middle of your door!!

Sorry to hear that bro. I live in an apt also. First day i got mine, I wouldn't even park it in the lot until I got my garage. So I spent the weekend at my parent's house. Yeah definately get a garage. It worth it for the peace of mind.

That sucks. That's why I hate apts with only lot parking with cars side by side. Not many apts that offer garages for single cars out here in LA.

I'm real **** about my G, so if I'm going to a bad parking lot I take my other car.

I'm a old guy 56 I figure I can use the exercise anyways, so I park my G in any parking lot where there are no cars insight but go figure when I come back the whole parking lot is empty except for my G and the car parked next to me.

BTW, sorry to hear about your car. I'd be real P****** off.

Well, update:

After some issues with rain delays and some unprofessionalism at the dealer, i finally got them to paint it. Unfortunately, they have a "guy" that just comes in and does this, whenever he feels like

Charged me $150 even to paint the handle and to touch up a chip or two on the passenger edge of the front bumper. Front bumper looks good, but the door handle looked a little iffy. Can't tell it from a distance, but at delivery, there was a valley in the painted area, and what looks like a few airholes. Giving it a few days to cure before i make a decision on the job, but did point those areas out to the dealer. Here's hoping...

Will take some pics later on when i can get it in some sunlight. Thanks for the support, it really wasn't the damage that irritated me so much as the fact someone did it and didn't have the moral fiber to own up to it
