Pissed off.

Here's the problem. I ordered an oem lip and rear splash guards from everythingg35.com for $398.74. I also choosed UPS 3 day shipping for $88.00 (UPS ground was $33.00). Hoping that I could get it all installed before the weekend. It shipped via FEDEX Express Saver instead. Now i'm not sure, but I think FEDEX express saver is the equivalent of UPS ground. Ordered on Saturday 8/19 and tracking says it won't get to me until monday 8/28. If I knew this, I would've just picked the ground option and save over $50. I called them and they would only credit me for $15.

If they really did screw you.. IF they really did and a second call asking to speak to the owner/ manager depending upon how big they are.. call your cc company and let them know.. they will do a chargeback.. as a business owner I HATE when people even threaten this and most dont but if they really wont make good on what you ordered and you truly did try and resolve this.. then go for it... call your cc and they will refund you...

Thanks for the advice. I hate to do it, but I hate not getting something that i paid for. Plus the atlanta meet was this weekend and it would've been nice to have those parts on.

Didn't read the whole thread so if someone already said it sorry.

FedEx Express Saver is in fact their 3 day service. FedEx Ground is their equivalent to UPS Ground, obviously.

Well yeah I just checked FEDEX saver is 3 days shipping. I'm only pissed because its taking till monday for it to get here. Plus the tracking says its only 9lbs. On the invoice it said that they were shipping a 52 pound package which i thought the $88 fee was fine. C'mon $88 for a 9lb. package. Here is the invoice that I received:

The reason it says 52 lbs is to factor in the size of the package. FEDEX/UPS does the same thing. They take a weight and size of package, and if its oversized then they factor both into one "weight" but its still the same charge. The spoiler should come in a big box, so thats whats killing your shipping price
