Front bumper piece

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy just the little square piece that's in between the front license plate screws? I guess my car had a front license plate before I got it but my state doesn't require one. It has a key in one corner that kinda makes it look like the piece would just snap in. (I hope)

Thanks for any help.

Yeah I had my front plate taken off of my G because it looks so much cleaner that way. I had to go to my dealer and tell them to save the next one in DG for me. They did and I got it put on like two days later with absolutaly no problem. or like speed said it might be in your glovebox I hear thats where they usually go. I guess they just throw ours away in NJ because we "need" a front plate.

Here in Colorado, we are required to have a front license plate. But looking in my glove box...the dealer was nice enough to leave it for me, and not throw it out.

If you talk to the dealer you bought your car from, I'm sure they would be nice enough to just find one for you and not make you pay for it.

Ray Catena Rt.1 in Edison. Just ask any of the Service advisors about it, they should be willing to lend a hand since you have an Infiniti, even if you didnt buy it from them. LIke I said they told me they just throw them out when they install the front plate. So if they have any they will be more than willing to give it to you, if they dont have it that day, you may have to stop by in a day or two, they are good there (for the most part) so if your around that area, swing in.

Excellent, thanks for your help shellguy05 & everyone else. Unfortunately a new 06 was a bit out my price range so I looked for a while and found a low mileage used 03 that was the color I wanted and with the right features but I didn't get it from an Infiniti dealer. But I just called the nearest one to me and they have the piece there for me in stock free of charge! I just had an 03 Maxima for the past 3.5 years and let me tell you, in my experience Nissan service probably would have took a week to get the part and charged me $20 for it. I've only had it 13 hours now but another reason I love my G.

On another note...the picture I used above came from Google and was tagged as an 03 G35. See how the front grill is just smooth fins with the Infiniti logo? Mine looks like that but has ridges in it. Do I have a slightly different grill or do the ridges just not show up in pictures?
