How did you go from the $417.18 quoted in the email to the $366 monthly payment you're talking about?

From the email: "monthly Payment......417.18".

I paid the Bank fee ($550) upfront instead of it being added to the cap cost.

Anyways, the numbers worked out just like in the email...except I paid the bank fee with my drive off...so total of $1314 drive off ($0 down payment)...with $366.20/mo for 12mo/12k...Purchase price about $500 under invoice. I think this was a pretty good deal.

oh ok i must have misread your earlier post, i thouhgt u said that you got every option on the car....still an excellent deal dont get me wrong, glad that you like the car.

great deal!

That sounds like a great deal! The deal I was quoted on that car minus the wheels with the same amount down was almost $600/month. I've been looking for the exact car for a 12month lease as well. Unfortunately, the 2006's are going fast. I'm looking for black or white and apparently there are no white ones left. I think I am doomed to drive my 03 for 1 more year until the new ones come out. Where do you live?

Residual...83%......33,150.00
Tot. Deprecation...3,399.80
Question for you, if the residual=83%, how come the residual value came out to be $33150? Isn't it supposed to be $36550 X 83% = $30336.50

tax....36550 x (tax rate wherever you are located) x 83%.

Residual is off MSRP of $39,940, not the selling price.

I think this is a great offer since I'm getting it like $500 under invoice to begin with. Should I pull the trigger on this one? Or do you guys think I can go lower? Also this car has 30 miles on it...this is still considered new correct? when is a car not considered new anymore...like how many miles on it?
The depreciation alone without interest works out to $277 a month. The only way that such a low monthly payment calculates is that Infiniti is subsidizing the lease with a very low interest rate. So why not take advantage of it?

DAMN.. that's a good deal man.. I wish I had leased mine. I've had it for a week and a half and I hate the car.. it's such a pile of... no.. wait.. I love this car.. that's right.. sorry, thought I was talking about my POS 06 MX-5 Lemon that mazda bought back.. haha..
Anyway, I do wish I had leased so I can just turn it back in and get the 08/09 G35.. It's not practical for me though as I seem to be averaging about 100miles a day so far.. The damn car is just toooo nice to stop driving it.. If I'm not drving it I'm cleaning it, or making sweet love to it in my mind.. (scratch that last part.. .. that's what crazy people do..).
Anyway, if you can keep the mileage down it's a great deal, espcially since the 08 is going to be a new style. I would even be able to tollerate an Automatic for a year or two.. ..
As for me, I'm going to just hold on to mine until 2010 and get a left over 09 or something..
