Should I accept this Lease Deal???

06 Coupe/Auto, w/ Premium/Tire&Wheel/Nav/XM/Splash/Trunk Mat...

MSRP: 39,940
Invoice: 36,474
Selling Price: 36,000
12mo/12k
Monthly: $366.90
Driveoff: $1264 (No down payment, just Bank fee, first month, title/reg, gov. fee, etc.)

I think this is a great offer since I'm getting it like $500 under invoice to begin with. Should I pull the trigger on this one? Or do you guys think I can go lower? Also this car has 30 miles on it...this is still considered new correct? when is a car not considered new anymore...like how many miles on it?

its considered new till someone buys it... the test drive miles dont count. ive seen a "new" g with 235 miles. I bought mine with 8 miles

sounds like a good deal to me, cept the part where you only get it for 12 months... you're going to want to keep it... that is, unless u decide to move onto the 6mt

good luck

It shouldn't matter then with those 30 miles then...I just need a short lease since I will probably want to get the new 07 G35 sedan next year around this time (I just came off a 4 year lease of 03 G35 sedan). I think by then the hype will be over with and I can get a sweet deal on that car as well. If not then I can extend this lease for another 6 months w/o any extra fees.

Do you guys know if the Bank fee of $550 is something we can bargain with since this is a short term lease compared to regular 24 or 36 month leases? Anyway to lower it at all. What's your opinion?

Plus tax on what? I got the whole breakdwon in my email. Check it out:

Cap.........................36,000.00
Bank Fee.....................550.00
Tot. Cap................36,550.00
Residual...83%......33,150.00
Tot. Deprecation...3,399.80
Deprciation...............283.32
rent.........................103.85
subtotal....................387.17
tax...............7.75......30.17
monthly Payment......417.18
Doc.fee..................45.00
licence.....................294.00
gov.fees...................8.75
advance pmts...........417.48
Drive-off..................764.93
Money Factor 1.49

Build Date: 4/6...Miles = 30...Let me know

He just calculated the Bank fee into the cap cost which shows the higher monthly payemnt and less drive-off...I will pay that with the drive off and then payment should be $367/mo including 7.75 tax. What tax are you talking now?

That's so cheap..... How come? How long is your lease?

How come when I go to car websites and use their calculator to do the lease, it always comes up at least 400 (for a toyota prius)... Maybe I should drop by a toyota dealor and ask about the lease, too. I gotta drive my G less often before my gas money eats up all my spendings

that looks good....i just know from experience that when dealers quote numbers over the phone they usually low ball the hell out of people, or give them a number 0 down, but plus taxes and fees. In your case its broken down in an email so thats a little bit different...VERY competitive number...hope all goes well with it.

let me know how it works out btw.

Just got back from the dealer and completed the transaction. Very pleased with the service. It took like an hour to do the whole paperwork. No other hidden charges. This was by far the easiest transaction I've done on a new car. By the way, I'm loving this car so much already. The drive is superb, even though I didn't get the sport package. Anyways, the numbers worked out just like in the email...except I paid the bank fee with my drive off...so total of $1314 drive off ($0 down payment)...with $366.20/mo for 12mo/12k...Purchase price about $500 under invoice. I think this was a pretty good deal.

thats real good, i normally always see the leases in the 400+.

I would have gotten the 6mt, but youll only have it for a year, so you wont regret it too much.
