03 6mt brakes... someone help!

I own a 03 g35 coupe 6mt. AT 12,000 miles all four brake pads were completely worn AND the front two's rotors were bent. It cost me $800 the first time to fix all 4 pads and the two rotors on front.

Now at 23,000 miles i took my car in to get its service and they called me up and told me that theres a problem with my brakes and that the front two are worn... Seems odd to me but I go there and they are claiming that after 11,000 miles my front rotors have warped again and all need to be replaced. Total estimated cost : $1600....

Now I have a bunch of theories.. I dont think they replaced it the first time, rather machined them and didnt tell me. OR something is just wrong with this ****ing car because there is no way I go through the brakes like that.

i drive fast but I dont drive hard. Never tracked the car. Any ideas on what could be wrong or what I can say to these nit wits at Santa Monica Infiniti

I'd say you definitely have a problem and if you truly need new pads and rotors you're much better off going aftermarket, won't cost you nearly as much

No solution here, other than to look for the items you need through internet to get the better price. I think everythingg35.com had pretty good prices on pads and rotors for our brembos, and chad @ infiniti (look him up on this forum) had a special for brembo pads.
I bought my car with 7k miles, so I'm not sure if my brembos were ever changed. I'm at 31k miles now and they work fine, but I need to check if I need to change them yet. I drive easy though, unless there is room on the road for me to have fun, which is sometimes on weekends.
Good luck man.

I think there was a class action lawsuit on Infiniti regarding the breaks on the g35, I forgot which year. They were successful with the judge agreeing with the low level of quality of the breaks and awarded each plaintiff $1500? Your going to have to search for more info.
