This other guy is saying he ran 14.2 bone stock - I find that hard to believe. I will just have to track my car and see what the timesheet indicates.
i said i ran the 14.2... and no it wasnt stock... stock i was pulling around 14.4 14.5 which is still fairly fast for the auto... its all about not getting wheel spin on the launch and using good fuel, oil and tires

trying using gas from mobile or chevron and see how it goes... also switch to synthetic oil... and if ur bone stock and have been for a while check ur air filter, maybe dirty... but yea the 5at's have potential and they're very quick... even auto need to be driven right, and yes i do know the advantages of a MT tranny... i drove a stick GTI before my G

yea man for sure i drove a 6 speed gti anniversary before getting an auto g and although i seriously miss those crisp 1-2 shifts i am quite impressed with the way the auto runs on these cars. quick question though, do our cars come from the factory already running synthetic oil or do we have to swith them over?

Dude, u don't make sense.
coupe is not faster than the sedan or the other way around. WTF does the brembo brake have to do with anything?

I have a 5AT Coupe, I've personally beaten a Manual TL with a decent driver, i've never raced an RX-8 but would love too... But i think the G, Manual or Auto is faster than those two cars..

Before my SC I raced a few TL's. Won most of them but lost a few times. The cars are very close.
