Hey it might work. But I cant imagine it giving you a tenth of a second better on 1/4 mile times. All cars are built differently so who knows?

I believe that it was G35Girlie that did the 14 second run in 1badG's car, I might be wrong. She says to rev it up to 1200 rpm with brake applied and then when light turns green let go off the brake and punch the gas all the way. I did that and I shaved off .25 seconds off my best time. When you do that prepare for some sick tire spin.

Correct. G35girlie got the 14.083 in my car. I was only able to get 14.147. Maybe it was the extra 40lbs made the difference, but still she's an awsome driver and if I need a race to be won, I'll let her drive. Its all about the launch in this car. I think G35Gnome's car will be in the 13's once he gets the feel of the car and launches it perfectly. See Automatics can be fast too HA!!!

Thank you guys! yes it was my time 
I reved it up to 1,200 RPM's and then just side stepped the brake and pounded the gas. I have been racing my automatic Integra for 4 years now and another automatic car prior to that, so the 6 years of racing automatics has definately helped me in knowing how to launch a car

Ok.. I think I have got most of it. You took a 5AT to 1200 rpm's for the launch. Now, were you in MM or Auto? If MM, what was the actual rpm when you shifted up? Just trying to be prepared for my next confrontation.
