rubbing noise when fully turned?

rubbing noise when fully turned?
has anyone ever had rubbing noises coming from the front wheels when you're turned fully in one direction. i noticed this noise recently when i turn the steering wheel one way to the max and slowly turn.. it makes a rubbing noise. could it be the plastic guards under the car? please help. thanks.
