17" Sedan Wheels

Will 17" sedan fit my 06 coupe? I have the premium and sport package. Is it bad that it's 17s all around? cause the 19s are wider in the back. sorry if there's a repost. i couldn't find anything.

Why do you want to do that?!? The offsets are a lot different on the sedans.

Do you know what you're talking about?!? The offset is part of the rim. Sedan OEM wheels are built with an offset of 45. The coupes are 30 or 33 depending on wheel. This means the wheels will stick further inboard and may cause rubbing issues not to mention probably look dorky. Again, why do you want to do this?!?

Don't flame this guy.. he has a good question actually. I've been considering buying a set of 17" OEM sedan wheels for my 05 coupe for winter so I can wrap some winter tires on without shelling out over $1,000 for a wheel+tire package. So all of you who responded to trungster9, let me ask you this.. the 17" sedan wheels CAN fit the coupes but won't function properly? The offset of the sedan wheel will not allow it to fit on the coupe? Thanks.

he did not say they wont fit he is simply stating that the offset on the sedan is greater then the one on the coupe cuasing the tire to stick out of the fender more then it is suppose to ,which might cuase the fender to slam into the tire

A greater offset will cause the wheel to stick more in (recessed) as opposed to out toward the fenders. The better solution is to just purchase coupe 17's.
