i need your help...im so mad!!!!

I'm so furious right now. 2 weeks ago someone dropped a road sign in the middle of the road. I couldn't swerve cuz i was in the middle lane with cars on both sides. It ruptured my gas tank and had to get it replaced. After a painful 1400 dollars to replace it....it started leaking and dripping somewhere from the bottom tonight. There's no way Infiniti dealer can charge me again right?

If you got it replaced at the dealer, bring it back and demand they FIX it the right way, and there is no reason why you should have to put more money out to fix it!!

If it's something that's their fault it should be free. If it's road damage again it's on you. Just ask to look at it with the tech & make sure you watch him lift it so he can't do anything to it before you get back there.

When you go back to the dealer make it clear how much danger they put you in with the car leaking gas. Once liability is put on them I bet they'll make a better effort to make the problem right.
