Does anyone have a clue how to take out the plastic piece that sits in the outside of your visor? It's the part thats tucked into the visor, but can extend outwards.

Also, does anyone know how to take out the mirror that's in the inside of our visors?

I need to paint these items black, but have no clue how to get them out

I was just out at my car I gave it a hard pull and it came right out.
