splash guards/rust question

I am wondering if the splash guards entrap moisture behind them thus causing rust on the car?

I doubt that rust is an issue with the splash guards because the parts that they connect to are mostly plastic (bumper, side panels, etc.). I've had mine on for about three months and have not noticed any rust.

Yup, plastic on plastic = no rust.

Thank you......as you may be able to tell, I do not own a G35 yet.....but I am workin' on it and can't wait!
