or whats the best way to fix this. i have no idea how it happend

looks like a zipper to some jeans or shorts. Yea should come out doing the right steps.....good luck.

Try Rubbing Compound first. That should give you a better picture as to the severity. If the rubbing compound works, then wax it after to hide, not fix, any additional marks. If not, Touch-up paint next Wet Sand then Rubbing Compound and finally Wax. Good luck.
