yeah the kinetics ssv replaces both upper and lower plenums so the spacer wouldn't be needed. Unless he's thinking of putting back in the stock plenum, no need for the spacer Usually people only get the SSV for FI cars b/c on NA g35's it seems to be too expensive of a product. But IMO it IS a hot looking piece ... i dont even have a G yet and here I am explaining about stuff ... how sad...

right. if he isn't F/I... tell him to take the SSV off right away... it looks nice under the hood but when your bro pulls upto a civic and it craps on him... thank the SSV... wasted a heck of a lot of money in my opinion if he doesnt have F/I

If you check out Kinetix's website they have before and after dynos on both F/I and N/A engines. There are substantial gains for F/I, but much much smaller improvements for the N/A engines. As someone else already said, you can achieve the same results for significantly less money by buying one of the Motordyne products (again, that only applies to N/A engines).

na i think he meant +10000 for going F/I with the SSV... bc ssv is proven to suck the life outta our Gs w/o F/I
