it is pretty easy to install the CAI's but i would prefer the short rams less chances of hydrolocking.

if you're going for the CHEAP whistling sound here is what you do.....

go down to your local dicks sporting goods store..
buy about 10-15 referee whistles...
superglue them all together side by side..
duct tape them into your grill

that **** would be soo fly bro

http://www.sunamiturbo.com/

" The SUNAMI will simulate the “psssst” noise generated from the blow off valve of a turbo-equipped vehicle.

The SUNAMI comes complete with all hardware, which includes a manual push button trigger mechanism as well as a vacuum switch trigger mechanism.

After setting a trigger boost level through an adjustable setscrew on the vacuum pressure switch, every time you reach the set boost, the SUNAMI will simulate the “psssst” noise generated from the blow off valve of a turbo vehicle.

An additional override button also allows you to trigger the SUNAMI anytime."

The Nismo CAI is NOT covered under Infiniti warranty. It just happens to be a Nissan part. Just like if you somehow put an intake from a Nissan Truck, it won't be covered.
