really off topic...

this really off topic so I apologize but you guys usually give good info lol... here it goes: Is selling something publicly, for instance... I want to sell the TMX Elmos I have at the nearby mall, is that considered illegal somehow?

Well since youre not a retailer or ditributor, it could possibly be illegal, but im sure they have bigger problems to worry about. Dont sweat it.

Not if you sell it on ebay just tell them you have extras. No one would check and even if they did it's not illegal to sell stuff like that it doesn't matter if you're not a retailer.
