Definitely the heat shield. Had the same problem, dealer "adjusted". Problem went away.

Very annoying sound too.

same here. and it seems to go away after i hit 40 or so. btw, it's an at, not a clutch. the dealer will know what it is i'm sure. it'll have to wait till next week, off to vegas tonight! flying thankfully.

The noise I'm talking about is like there are 30 loose washers in the muffler. You only hear it when you rev it up and it's even more pronounced when the car is cold.
