Fuel/gas light stays on,even when tank is full,gauge is working fine. Anyone ever have this problem and what did you do to fix it? Also weird noise coming from rear of car when I park. It makes a banging sound not a pinging noise but like if someone was in the trunk knocking to get out????!!!!!!!

 

Sounds stange, haven't heard of this before. Take it to the dealer and show them the noise. Hopefully you still have your warranty.

 

I have the same thing, its sounds like a slight mis-fire, people thought I was crazy and told me to stop chirpin 2nd!!!! I think its just due to the design of the muffler, and it might just be a backpressure build up. I don't know about the gas light, but I'm pretty pissed the last car I bought (STi), and the G both have a little dot that lights up that is the same exact color as everything else in the cluster and is supposed to be a warning light, WTF! How is that supposed to get your attention? But the $6,000 Honda I had before at least had a picture of a gas tank!!! Geesh!

 

try to un-hook your battery to reset your ecu...this should reset it...just like he said mis fire..should be nothing to worry abt...and right on man...cherp away lol
