well i guess in texas its okay to go with your big trucks/ SUVs
Here in MD thats an automatic ticket. They consider it disturbing the peace if its on a passenger vehicle. I think unreasonably loud would be a device that can bring you to near deafness. Im not sure at what DB that is brought about, but at 140DB that seems way to loud.
