are 06 coupe parts interchangeable?

are 06 coupe parts interchangeable?
i just bought my first g35. it is an 06 and it has some dammage. i need a passanger tail light, grill, steering wheel air bag, air bag sensor, and seat belt.

will these parts from an 03-o5 fit on my car?

PLEASE help asap.

everything should be interchangeable. but the 06 tails are different than the 03-05

so you might as well just buy one 06 rather than two 03-05 tails

what -is different with the 06 tails? is the grill is the same/ interchangable?

grille is the same.

03-05 tails are smooth whereas the 06 tails are not. reverse lights are rectangular as opposed to circular. 06 tails also have a trunk release button.
