does nismo spoiler use the stock holes

Does anyone know if the nismo rear spoiler uses the stock spoiler mounting holes?
any pics of an install?

No. I have the same problem, I want it and the only way is to swap trunks with somebody that didnt get the stock spoiler and then do it.
