Pulling over onto the shoulder of a freeway is always putting yourself in danger. When cops pull you over for speeding onto the shoulder of a freeway, they are putting you in far more danger than you were when you were speeding. I would have been pissed if my GF did that. Sorry to hear about the accident and glad that you're OK.

Sorry to hear brah. Totally understandable tho. Poor guy honestly thought you were exiting the highway. If I were you, I'd make the other partys' insurance pay for the entire Dodge rental rather than just 75%. Good luck with everything.

btw...not very smart of your gf pulling to the side of the highway just to get your attention. Do you know how many accidents occur from being on the shoulder?
