so i'm in the middle lane on a local hwy and i'm follwing my gf back to my house, shes in frontof me in the right lane. She calls my phone but i dont hear it because of the music. so all of the sudden she jerks her car over into the shoulder and puts her hazards on. i pull over after her about 250ft ahead and put my hazards on. i go to call her cell and shes already calling me. I answer and she says "you werent answering the phone so i had to get ur attention. I tell her i couldnt hear it cuz the music was loud. so shes like "ok lets go" and i tell ehr to pull out first. I look in my rearview and see her blinker on and the next moment a car comes around her, into the shoulder doing like 65 and i just put my head back against the headrest and launched the car as hard as i could. i hear tires screeching and then BOOM!!! hits me hard. i get out and see the damage you see below. i can only imagine how bad it would have been if i didnt launch it. when the cops came i said i was sitting still so it was 100% his fault. He said he though i was getting off the exit which was in front of me!!! it was nighttime but my hazards were on this whole time. WTF

His insurance CO is paying the whole 11,800 amount and covering 75% of 06 dodge ram rental. all i gotta say is next up: Nismo front, apexi WS2 cat back, 2005 wing. and thats all i'm gonna do...
