Wind Whistle?

Wind Whistle?
I have this annoying damn wind whistle from my driver's side window....anyone else experience this? If so, how did you fix it? It only happens when I go about 50 to 70mph. I start to hear the whistle, it's like right in my ear. If I turn up the radio, I can easily drown it out, but when I am listening to my engine w/spacer and intake, I can hear it. Very annoying. I figured it out by pressing my elbow on the window (pretty hard actually, not too smart) but the noise went away....I really am at a loss on how to fix this. I really don't want to bring this to the dealer because I KNOW they will say that they can't replicate this issue and tell me to live with it....Suggestions?

My car did exactly the same above 60. It all began after the dealer fixed a damaged window regulator. I took it again and they changed the upper weatherstrip. Now it whistles above 80. I checked all the weatherstripping and I noticed that the lower one has a 1/4 inch tear at the very end, where it meets with the window. Ill take it again next week to have it replaced.....

I had a similar issue with my passenger side window after I had the dealership replace the rubber sealings on my door. The whistle is most likely caused by turbulence from one of the angled pieces near the mirror and sail panel. I had the sound past 65MPH and took it in to have a tech reposition the sail panel and refit the rubber seal around the door. This fixed the problem and the turbulence is gone. At first, I thought I had a hole from the cabin through the seals, but after closer inspection the noise was generated outside via turbulence.
Good Luck!

That's good. I am not the only one. The window seals fine, and I don't have tints at all. I will just inspect the weatherstrip a bit to see what I come up with. It would really **** me off when I am driving without the radio on....
I have to go in for my first service soon, so I will explain it to them and see what they can come up with.
Thanks for the help.

Same problem here! And I thought I was the only one until I found this thread.
I brought mine to the dealer and they told me it was normal too. Well if it's normal, why doesn't the passenger side whistle??
I examined the weatherstripping and can't find anything wrong with it (as far as tears or anything)
I also had the window regulator fixed too but I'm not sure if my whistling started at the same time or not. I just recently had the passenger side regulator fixed and still have not heard any whistling from there.
Subscribing in hopes that someone finds a cure!
