They are a lot quieter than the RE050A's, I've only had mine for about 1000 miles and they are the best tires I've ever had.

yeah, this concerns me. because most of you know our stock tires capabilities. so if theyre ranked number one, i can only imagine whats going on with these numbers. could be anything from bridgestone "tipping" tire rack, to well... who knows what.
keep in mind. you DONT have to buy from tire rack in order to write a review. along with that, nobody wants to admit that what they have isnt top notch... so, you figure.. how many cars come w/ the potenza out of the factory. take that number and apply a few thousand votes... and viola! a inaccurate comparison chart.
who knows... maybe im just a skeptic.

seeing that our rear tires will wear out way faster than the fronts, did you all replace all 4 tires with other brands, i heard mixing tires is not good...so I'm wondering what I should do when I have to replace my oem bridgestone re050A's

Dry grip is nice..But let me tell you,I was coming out of a shopping center and it was raining/drissling all day and I came out of the intersection doin about 20-25 mph and I fish tailed reallll hard. I have about 6000 miles on them. Guess I'll have them rotated on my soon to be next oil change. I heard a loud pop in my back axle, everything seemed fine and the rim looked fine, not sure what that was all about....

Bought a new 06 G65 with Potenzas and took them off after 500 miles.(Noise and look like ****.)

Got Kumho (ECSRA ASX) and the difference is amazing.

Road noise is gone and the handling has improved greatly.

Just my 2 Cents

I know the Potenzas are bad, but I can't imagine the ASX's improving handling! I used to have the ASX's as my all-season winter-time tire.

Maybe there is another ASX sub-type that has come out since then
