Just installed my new cf hood today. The cf hood is definitely lighter but not by much.

nice!!! your car is sick...we definitely have similar taste...our cars are so heavy im trying to figure out reasonable ways to shed weight...

cf hoods are mostly cosmetic. as kurtis said, they are lighter but not by much.

yea...from what i read they're basically fiberglass with a carbon fiber overlay...for some reason i always thought they were pure carbon fiber...maybe

the real ts hood is pure carbon fiber?

More pics. I like the fact that the cf hood is a lot more subtle on BO. From many angles you can't even tell it's cf.

Bonus pic of the new JDM tails with BlueBatmobile's TGTR06 6/10 overlays.

yea you can barely tell it's cf in that pic...nice and subtle...im telling you though you need to push the exhaust hangar in more and your car will be perfect (you might have to loosen a bolt).
