Lately i get a creaking sound from the underbody of the car. It sounds almost like metal is cooling except that it's happening inconsistantly. Sometimes I drive it and don't hear anything, other times it happens while I'm driving or stopped.

I took it to the dealer and of course on that day it wasn't happening.

Anyone hear anything aobut this? Or got any ideas?

 

hey wut up man.. i have an 04 nd by wut you r explain i think i noe wut ur talkin bout.. wen i sit at idol for like a minute it has this sound like somthin is leeking pressure very faint then goes away comes bak.. i think that is just the system checkin it self over nd over... dont quote me on that..

 

no, it's not only when i'm idle. it's when i driving, stopped, whatever. it sounds like when you turn the car off and it's cooling, but it happens all the time not just when i turn the car off.
