Thanks, I will definitely pay a visit and have a one to one conversation to see what options I have. The only problem is that I don't have a good enough camera to take pictures of the scratches...plus there is not enough sunlight here. Too much rain lately...Originally Posted by RBull

Just take pics of the car before hand incase they mess it up... Ive heard many dealers messing up customers cars

if they offer the job after you made your complain then go ahead and let them do it because I am sure you will file the complain again if they keep messing up time by time. May be , just may be they will probably offer something else better then just buffing your car for you. Free paint job? Haha, that will be nice.
