06 Projector Beam Pattern Problem

Can someone help me with this? Either my drivers headlamp has a defect or I need to adjust the roll axis of my projector. My current beam patterns is displayed below. How can I fix this?

Well, you can't adjust the roll axis.

Easy things to check first:
1. Make sure that the bulb is seated correctly.
2. Make sure that the headlight on the driver side is seated correctly.
3. Try switching the bulb to see if it changes anything.

Otherwise, you may have a defective driver side light. Depending on if this is stock or where you got it from, you might be able to exchange it.

Or try to loosen the bolt a bit on the inside of the drivers side fender that holds the light housing in place, it might be over tightened... Then tighten the one in the trunk compartment. You need to remove the bumper to get the the bolt near the fender however.

Yeah I checked the headlamp positioning, the bulb placement and still slanted. Looks like a defect in the projector, the shield might be out of alignment.

Anyone getting better color out of their projectors ..(color flicker and white light) after breaking their headlights in yet? Mine have changed a little since being new (yellow-white) but still nothing compared to s2ks or german headlights yet.

our projectors is the worst quality out of any projectors on the market. the reflective bowl looks like it was spray painted chrome by a 10 year old kid. half the beam is covered by a shield limited the light on the foreground, and the lens isn't clear.. it has ripples

That sucks. When I was deciding on which bixenon to go with, I was initially looking at the E55 projectors. But they chrome is horrible on them, you can't really call it chrome. Then I bought some RS6 projectors. They're better, but I eventually went with the TLs.

Any pics of the inside of an 06 G35 projector? What's the lens diameter, if you happen to know?

i agreed, the 06 projector is the worst bixenon out in the market. i cant believe they didnt even take in consideration to at lease make the lense clear like the tsx, tl, s2k, etc..

From the picture, It looks like your cut-off shield is not level. That shield is need for low beam. Your higher end cars with Bi-Xenon have a motor to move the shield when you switch to high beams. I would take it back to the dealership if I was you. I do retros on older cars. Projectors, bulbs, and ballast are expensive to replace. If you break it, you pay for it. It a dealship breaks it, they have to fix it.
